I¡¯ve run sockless in the shoes Nike Roshe Run UK cheap Trainers a few times and have had a bit of abrasion on one run near the midfoot/arch (maybe from one of the Flywire bands?), but this has been inconsistent. May have just been a hot day with more sweat leading to chafe. Noissues at all while wearing socks (side note ¨C these shoes seem to hold a stink when you use them sockless). As some others in this comment section have noted, the price on the Free 3.0 v6 might be a bit much. I¡¯ve never run in any version of the Free model myself, but I¡¯m curious about them because of the great feedback I¡¯ve read from other recreational runners. Unfortunately, at those prices (especially when I think about how much more expensive these will be in Canada), I¡¯m willing to let my curiousity go unsatisfied. I wa Nike Air Max 2015 Mens Trainers UK s recently contacted by Nike about the new Free line, and they sent along a pairs of the 2015 Free 3.0 and 4.0 for me to test out. I¡¯ve now been running in the 3.0 for several weeks, and it¡¯s time for a review. (Disclosure: The shoes reviewed here are media samples provided free of charge by the manufacturer.) I¡¯m in Kinvara 2¡¯s right now (I stocked up!) and I like them so I was looking at the Kinvara 4 or 5¡¯s (I have narrow feet so a discounted 4 might still work for me). Anyways, two part question: How does the 4.0 Flyknit feel vs a Kinvara for sole flexibility when running? It looks like (cuz of the pods) it would be more flexible, which I think I might like. And 2nd, how would you compare/contrast the 4.0 Flyknit and the 3.0 v5? How would I pick one or the other from your experiences with them? Thanks! I felt that once after wearing them all day casually. I think I had the lacing a bit too tight and the tongue has no padding. I have removed the insoles in other shoes and as lon Nike Air Max 2015 Womens uk sale g as there s no abrasion from stitching see no reason why it would be a problem. You could also try swapping in a thinner insole from another shoe if you have one available. I meant Flywire, not Flyknit. On proper inspection it appears to be not the laces but the Flywire that runs inside the Flynit upper that ¡°digs¡± into my feet. Same issue for me, only complaint I have about the 4.0 i s pressure on the top of my foot from the laces/flywire.
